Welcome to Boostiphy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using Boostiphy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Age Rating: Boostiphy is rated 4+ and is designed for users of all ages. The platform contains no content that requires age restrictions or parental guidance.
Mobile App Notice: The Boostiphy mobile app offers the following services: Airtime & Data, Electricity Bills, TV Subscriptions, and Virtual Phone Numbers.
Boostiphy provides digital services including but not limited to:
Virtual Numbers Service: Boostiphy provides virtual phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. These services are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined below.
Virtual numbers are provided for one-time verification only. Each number can receive SMS verification codes for your chosen service. Boostiphy acts as an intermediary between you and the mobile operators who supply the numbers. The service provides you with the technical ability to review SMS messages received on the virtual number through our platform.

Boostiphy does not guarantee SMS delivery, control its content, timeliness, or availability of the virtual number. These factors depend on the mobile operator and third-party services. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.

Virtual number availability depends on stock from our partner operators. If no numbers are available for your selected service and country combination, you will be notified and no charges will be applied.
By using our virtual numbers service, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and a capable natural person under the law.
Once an SMS code is received, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you used the code or if it worked for your intended verification purpose. Please ensure you are ready to receive the SMS before purchasing a virtual number.
By registering and placing an order on our system, you fully accept all rules and policies outlined below and waive any right to complain or claim rights contrary to these terms. This applies to both our website and mobile application.
Placing additional orders on the same link while an existing order is in progress will result in a system error and the loss of your balance for the duplicate order.
Your profile must be set to public before placing any orders. Orders placed on private profiles that are marked as "Order Complete" by our system will not be eligible for refunds, including transaction fees.
If any portion of your order is partially completed or canceled (excluding private profile orders), you will receive a refund for the incomplete portion. We recommend reordering or trying our alternative services.
Do not place additional orders on the same account or link until previous orders are fully completed to avoid system conflicts and potential balance loss.
We do not guarantee bot social media services (including but not limited to followers, likes, comments, views, subscribers, streams, traffic, etc.) in any manner. The maintenance period is uncertain, and engagement may be removed by platforms at any time, potentially as soon as the following day. No refunds are provided for such removals.
Our panel does not guarantee specific timeframes due to constant social media platform updates. Estimated times provided in service descriptions are approximate and subject to change based on system density and platform changes.
Services are prohibited for accounts involving: +18/adult content, gambling, sports betting coupon sales, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to such accounts.
Information in service descriptions serves as preliminary guidance only. We cannot guarantee real-time data accuracy, and warranty periods or start times mentioned are not binding due to the dynamic nature of social media platforms.
All balances added to our system are strictly non-refundable. You must utilize your balance for orders exclusively through Boostiphy.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks. Violation will result in immediate account termination, banning from our Platform, and potential removal of delivered followers/likes from your social media accounts.
All payments are processed through our trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
After placing an order, do not modify, hide, or delete account usernames, post IDs, or other identifying information until orders are fully completed. Avoid placing competing orders from other services while your order is processing.
Social media platforms frequently update their systems. Your account may face restrictions or closure due to engagement acquisition. We strongly advise against ordering engagement (followers, likes, comments, views, subscribers, streams, traffic, etc.) for newly created accounts, copyright-infringing content, or unverified accounts. We assume no responsibility for account closures.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We strongly recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Never share your account details with third parties.

By using our mobile app, you consent to receiving push notifications for order updates, service announcements, and promotional content. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or device settings.

Registration and order placement constitute full acceptance of all terms herein. Users waive rights to complain or claim entitlements contrary to these policies. This applies to both web and mobile app usage.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notifications.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
