1. Introduction

Welcome to Boostiphy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using Boostiphy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Age Rating: Boostiphy is rated 4+ and is designed for users of all ages. The platform contains no content that requires age restrictions or parental guidance.

Mobile App Notice: The Boostiphy mobile app offers the following services: Airtime & Data, Electricity Bills, TV Subscriptions, and Virtual Phone Numbers.

2. Services Description

Boostiphy provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Airtime & Data: Purchase mobile airtime and data plans for all major networks
  • Electricity Bills: Pay electricity bills for various distribution companies
  • TV Subscriptions: Subscribe to TV services like DStv, GOtv, StarTimes, and Showmax
  • Virtual Phone Numbers: Virtual phone numbers for verification purposes
  • Social Media Services: Social media growth services (followers, likes, views, etc.)
  • Gift Cards: Purchase gift cards for various platforms and services
  • Other Digital Products: Additional digital products and services as offered on our Platform

Important Notice

By registering and placing an order on our system, you fully accept all rules and policies outlined below and waive any right to complain or claim rights contrary to these terms. This applies to both our website and mobile application.

3. Order Management & Procedures

3.1 Duplicate Orders

Placing additional orders on the same link while an existing order is in progress will result in a system error and the loss of your balance for the duplicate order.

3.2 Profile Privacy Requirements

Your profile must be set to public before placing any orders. Orders placed on private profiles that are marked as "Order Complete" by our system will not be eligible for refunds, including transaction fees.

3.3 Partial Order Completion

If any portion of your order is completed or canceled (excluding private profile orders), you will receive a refund for the incomplete portion. We recommend reordering or trying our alternative services.

3.4 Sequential Ordering

Do not place additional orders on the same account or link until previous orders are fully completed to avoid system conflicts and potential balance loss.

4. Service Guarantees & Limitations

4.1 Bot Followers Disclaimer

We do not guarantee bot follower services in any manner. The maintenance period is uncertain, and followers may be removed by platforms at any time, potentially as soon as the following day.

4.2 Service Timeframes

Our panel does not guarantee specific timeframes due to constant social media platform updates. Estimated times provided in service descriptions are approximate and subject to change based on system density and platform changes.

4.3 Account & Content Restrictions

Services are prohibited for accounts involving: +18/adult content, gambling, sports betting coupon sales, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to such accounts.

4.4 Service Descriptions

Information in service descriptions serves as preliminary guidance only. We cannot guarantee real-time data accuracy, and warranty periods or start times mentioned are not binding due to the dynamic nature of social media platforms.

5. Payment & Refund Policies

5.1 Non-Refundable Balance

All balances added to our system are strictly non-refundable. You must utilize your balance for orders exclusively through Boostiphy.

5.2 Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By completing a payment, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks. Violation will result in immediate account termination, banning from our Platform, and potential removal of delivered followers/likes from your social media accounts.

5.3 Payment Security

All payments are processed through our trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

6. User Responsibilities & Account Management

6.1 Account Stability

After placing an order, do not modify, hide, or delete account usernames, post IDs, or other identifying information until orders are fully completed. Avoid placing competing orders from other services while your order is processing.

6.2 Account Risk Awareness

Social media platforms frequently update their systems. Your account may face restrictions or closure due to follower acquisition. We strongly advise against ordering followers for newly created accounts, copyright-infringing content, or unverified accounts. We assume no responsibility for account closures.

6.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We strongly recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Never share your account details with third parties.

6.4 Mobile App Usage

When using our mobile application, you agree to:

  • Only download the official app from authorized app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
  • Keep the app updated to the latest version
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
  • Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities promptly

7. Service Specific Disclaimers

Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee account security, follower retention, or order completion rates
  • We are only responsible for delivering the purchased quantity (except for guaranteed services)
  • Incomplete orders are automatically refunded for missing portions
  • We do not guarantee follower engagement or interaction
  • We cannot ensure all delivered accounts have profile pictures, complete bios, or uploaded content
  • Service availability may vary between web and mobile platforms

8. Mobile Application Terms

8.1 App Permissions

Our mobile app requires certain permissions to function properly:

  • Notification Permissions: To send you important updates and service notifications
  • Storage Permissions: To save transaction receipts and app data
  • Internet Access: Required for all app functionality

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. However, revoking certain permissions may affect the app's functionality.

8.2 Push Notifications

By using our mobile app, you consent to receiving push notifications for order updates, service announcements, and promotional content. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or device settings.

8.3 App Updates

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
